Yasmien Kurdi will say goodbye to Philippine showbiz after the show Saan Darating ang Umaga.

The young actress plans to leave local showbiz for greener pastures. According to Yasmien she auditioned and most probably will be chosen for a popular reality television show similar to Pinoy Big Brother.

“Para siyang reality contest. Parang PBB (Pinoy Big Brother), maraming challenges, kaya masaya. Saka sikat siya ‘di lang sa kanilang bansa. Kaya naman ma-sarap sumali kasi mag-kakaroon ako ng international exposure sakaling makapapasok ako,” she said.

Yasmien came from the talent search Starstruck and from then on stayed in GMA 7 Kapuso network. Since Yasmien Kurdi is half-Lebanese half-Filipino, will we be seeing her in PBB Lebanon? (is there a PBB Lebanon anyway?)
