World War II Movie “Concerto” Showing on Nov 19
A film depicting a family’s hardship during the World War II, Concerto will be screened this coming November 19.
Concerto starts Jay Aquitania, Meryll Soriano, Shamaine Buencamino, and Ynna Asistio. It is a Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival 2008 finalist that earned praises due to its depiction of old Filipino families and how they value family heirloom.
The story is set in Davao during the World War II when Japanese roamed the City.
The film is directed by Paul Alexander Morales. It will be shown on the following cinemas: IndieSine, Robinsons Galleria; SM North Edsa; SM South Mall;
SM Megamall; and Glorietta 4, Ayala Center Makati
