in this calamity that Luzon is experiencing right now, simply reminds us to respect Mother Nature..we did a lot to ruin it little by little…Now, its payback time..I could just remember what happened in Ormoc City, Leyte way back early 1990’s..A lot of innocent lives died and infrastructure were ruined because of the flashflood that was caused by the typhoon..Mountains were nearly bald or bald at that time..It was the effect of the illegal or they so-called legal logging by a high ranking national official at that time..Mother Nature asked for the payback but unfortunately, the lives of people in Ormoc suffered for that cruelty. If people living near the riverbanks didn’t throw their garbage at the river, this calamity would probably won’t happen at all..We must respect Mother Nature..always think of what will happen before you do such things…

I could feel what they feel now…to the people who are suffering now, just keep on praying that things will be back to normal..

in God’s grace everything will be alright! :)

    Good day!..and thanks!

It is now how time for every filipino to respect the mother nature. The wrath brought about by Ondoy hopefully will serve as a wake up call for all of us. Let us not blame the government for what happended as each and every individual are also to be blamed. We did not do our part in many ways. We can not depend on the government alone. We, as human beings of this aging planet, must see to it that that mother nature is not abused.

Let us all act now. Preserve out natural resources. Stop polluting the sea, air and land. Minimize the use of plastics and dispose/recycle them properly. Plant more trees. Stop the use of ozone-depleting gases. Scrap those vehichles that are too old and emitting heavy and black smoke (CO2). Factories that are discharging uncontrolled smoke and poisonous chemicals must be strictly warned.

There is still time. I hope there will be a nationwide campaign for those things that I have mentioned. In doing so, our children and the next generations will not suffer the same tragedy.

May the Lord Almighty help those who are badly afftected by “ONDOY”. For the hundreds of lives that perished (and still counting), may they rest in peace.

i think typhoon Ondoy was indeed a wake up call for us all. Everyone and everybody plays a part in the restoration and healing of our Mother Earth. It’s like mother Earth is sending again her signal to the Filipino people that she is in deep pain by what the people of this generation are doing to her… Not just the Filipino people but that goes to the whole human race as well.

Mother Earth’s way of saying “Stop destroying me…because destroying me destroys human race…” She is indeed sending us a signal that we’re on a very critical time where our planet’s life is at stake…and we’re on the eleventh hour to save her…

we only have 1 hour left to save this planet…Please be highly aware of our planet’s life…

Earth is indeed conscious to what her children have been doing…Let us protect her in the last hour…

    Sana maging babala ang dilubyo ni Ondoy sa lahat ng Pilipino;
    1. sa gobyerno-
    a. sa pagwalang bahala sa mga ilegal na pagpuputol ng mga puno sa mga bundukin ng mga taong may koneksyon sa gobyerno o kalaban ng gobyerno
    b. sa kawalan ng tamang paghahanda sa kalamidad dahil kulang sa budget o kulang sa pag-aaral o maling pag gamit ng pondo ng gobyerno
    k. mga mambabatas na walang isinusulong na mga batas para sa kalikasan, (lalu na sa mga natutulog at nag aabsent lang sa senado at kongreso)
    d. mga ahensya ng gobyerno na hindi kayang magpatupad ng mga batas
    e. kawalan ng isang MASTER PLAN ng mga syudad, kalye, patubig, at kanal, lugar ng komersyal, industrial at kabahayanan, na dapat ay ituloy ng mga susunod na administrasyon at henerasyon, at hindi yung bago na namang plano para me pagkakitaan
    2. sa mga tao –
    a. sa maling pagtapon ng basura o kawalan ng disiplina sa basura
    b. sa mga umaasa na lamang sa gobyerno ng lahat ng tulong
    k. matitigas ang ulo na nagpupumilit pa ring tumira sa mg delikadong lugar
    d. SA KAKULANGAN NG PANANALIG SA DIYOS AT PAGIGING BINGI SA MGA SALITA NG DIYOS
