Father Vicente Lim Uy is the new commissioner of the Philippine Sports Commission. He replaces Ricardo Garcia.

I don’t know much about him but I’m guessing he’ll do more than just pray to improve sports in this country. I just hope that this priest’s prayers will be enough to give us gold medal next Olympics.
