Marie-Ann Umali finished B.S. in Tourism from DLSU College of St. Benilde. The Filipino-Lebanese Marie-Ann Bonquin Umali won on her second try in the Binibini. She was a 2006 Bb. Pilipinas candidate.

Marie-Ann Umali also got the Best in Long Gown and Miss Photogenic awards. She bested other 23 beauties from all over the Philippines. She is now set to represent the country to the Miss World pageant to be held in South Africa later this year.
