Associated Press confirmed that a warrant of arrest was issued for Lindsay Lohan Friday. Police Sargeant Mike Foxen, the office in charge told AP that the authorities had not yet been in touch with Lohan.

Linday Lohan is serving out a three-year probation after pleading no contest to two charges of DUI and two charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance (on two separate occasions) and reckless driving. She could and will probably be jailed if she were to violate her probation’s terms.

And no, even if she’s holding coke in the picture, she didn’t get drunked due to cola lol.
