ABS-CBN is brining in the 1979 classic movie Kambal sa Uma to Philippine TV with the same title.

Kambal sa Uma was starred by veteran actress Rio Locsin. The TV version of the drama classic will star Melissa Ricks, Shaina Magdayao, Gina Alajar, Bing Davao, Allan Paule, Nonie Buencamino, Valerie “Bangs” Garcia, Jordan Herrera, Matt Evans and Jason Abalos.

Kambal sa Uma tells the story of a half-human half-rat Ella. Rio Locsin’s role as Ella will be played by Melissa Ricks.

Kambal sa Uma will air this April on ABS-CBN’s Hapontastic.
