Jennylyn Mercado is pursuing a lawsuit against the photographer and editor of Pinoy Paparazzi, a local tabloid that published the photos of her son Alex Jazz’s baptismal.

Jennylyn appealed to the press to keep this baptismal of her baby private and plead not take pictures of the event, more so publish them. But Pinoy Paparazzi reportedly ignored this request.

“Ang hirap kasi, nagbigay na ako ng warning sa kanila, so wala na akong magagawa. Wala akong choice, kailangan na talaga akong gumawa ng move. Sobra yun, e. Right ng bata at right ko yun. Wala silang magagawa dun,” Jennylyn told PEP.
