Galema, Anak ni Zuma will be turned into another Fantaserye courtesy of ABS-CBN’s Komiks Presents.

Galema, Anak ni Zuma focus on Zuma’s kind-hearted daughter named Galema. The story is based on the myth originally created by Jim Fernandez.

Galema, Anak ni Zuma features the whole half-snake half-man family of Zuma, including Galema (the kind-hearted daughter of Zuma), Dino (Zuma’s son that has the body of a man and a head of a snake), Morgan (the husband of Galema), and Philip and Isabel (the adoptive parents of Galema).

Anak ni Zuma series of Philippine Komiks became popular from 1976 to 1984. In 1985, the graphic series was turned into a movie featuring Max Laurel as the horrendous Zuma and the young Snooky Serna as his kind-hearted daughter named Galema – needless to say it is another Filipino classic movie.

This series will replace Flash Bomba starring Luis Lucky Manzano and will be directed by Wenn Deramas. There is no cast yet so maybe you can suggest names to ABS-CBN. Tell us who you think is best fitted to play Dino, Morga, Philip and Isabel and of course Galema and Zuma.
