Francis Magalona and Ely Buendia, two Filipino music legends returned to TV. The comeback happened in Eat Bulaga’s October 25 episode.

Both Francis Magalona and Ely Buendia had health problems. Francis Magalona is still undergoing treatment for his Leukemia while Ely Buendia has just survived his third angioplasty (yes, contrary to popular belief angioplasty is theoretically a delicate operation) after the controversial August 30 Eraserheads Reunion Concert.

Ely Buendia first appeared with his band Pupil and sang “Disconnection Notice.” Francis Magalona came out to sing Eraserheads’ “Superproxy” with Ely.

Everybody’s glad that they are both back. And yeah, the Eraserheads Reunion Concert CD will be out soon!
