Marie-Ann Umali, Pamela Bianca Manalo and Melody Gersbach bested 21 other Binibining Pilipinas 2009 hopefuls to emerge as the Binibining Pilipinas 2009 Winners on a coronation night held at Araneta Coliseum.

Candidate No. 20 Melody Gersbach was declared Bb. Pilipinas – International, Candidate No. 17 Marie Ann Umali emerged as Bb. Pilipinas – World while Candidate No. 15 Pamela Bianca Manalo won the Bb. Pilipinas – Universe title.

The three gorgeous Filipinas will represent the country in international beauty pagents. Miss International 2009 will be held in Macau, Republic of China while Miss World 2009 will be in South Africa.

Candidate No. 3 Richell Angalot aka Rich Asuncion emerged as the 1st runner up while Candidate No. 11 Regina Hahn was declared 2nd runner up.

Candidate No. 17 Marie Anne Umali, aside from being declared as the Bb. Pilipinas – World also won the Best in Long Gown and Miss Photogenic awards.

Candidate No. 3 Richell Angalot got the Best in Talent award. Candidate No. 4 Gizelle Jasmin Rivamonte was named as Miss Friendship.

The 2009 Bb Pilipinas Pagent was hosted by Paulo Bediones and Isa Calzado.
