Young actor Aljur Abrenica is facing a serious charge after he was accused of committing lascivious acts against a 13-year old girl. The said girl filed her complaints in NBI last June 2, 2009.

According to 24 Oras report, the affidavit filed by the 13-year old girl contains the alleged harassment made by Aljur which was said happened last Holy Week in Puerto Galera where they met. Meanwhile, the affidavit made by the Aljur ’s mother stated that her son was humiliated and deeply devastated with the said accusations after his son denied that he knew the young girl.

Aljur was scheduled to be subpoenaed on June 3, to let his side be heard and clear up all the accusations against him. So far, Aljur ’s side has said that they have not yet received a copy of complaints from the other party. But the Artist Center who handles Aljur ’s career has confirmed that they will help to know the truth. As soon as they have received the copy of complaints, they will immediately act and resolve this with the help of their lawyer.
